Do you need some help and advice with your infants 8 months and older who are difficult to settle?

  • Do they still wake through the night?
  • Are they still unable to settle themselves back to sleep?
In this Raising Children Network video excerpt, parents talk about encouraging baby sleep. It includes tips on identifying sleep cues, finding out what helps babies to sleep, and being consistent with sleep and settling techniques. Every baby is different. You might need to experiment to find out what works for your baby.
